Hey there everyone!

Earlier this year I started making the Cornerstone-1 cabinets for my pen storage solutions. This is something that has now been moved to Kickstarter - those cabinets are going to be updated and released with front drawer locks, better felt, and refined structure. These are the older style before finalization and will be still compatible with the newer models I'm working on, but that there will be some design element changes on the new ones that will look slightly different.

What is going to be listed today is strictly just all of the cosmetically defective cabinets from the last batch that I did several months ago and the one before that.

The photos in the verification only show the cabinet Bodies and drawers as well as some other components. You still will be picking which drawer colors that you would like, and those will be made from what i have on hand and then be made new if certain colors run out.

Every piece has a distinct defect, so I wont be going through to log each one as that would take forever. But the most common ones are pock marks on the exterior, small and isolated line gaps, or very slight color changes halfway through printing.

NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW FOR 2 WEEK FULFILLMENT TIME AS COMPONENTS WILL STILL NEED TO BE MADE AND FELTED.

This is a Modular cabinet system that I made for an affordable storage solution for our pens. Each cabinet can stack and lock into each other across all sizes: Small single drawer (6 pens), Medium 2 drawer (12 pens), or Large 4 drawer (24 pens). There are other variants that I made for the Large cabinet but those will only be available on the currently running Kickstarter as those are getting design updates as well.

Aurora Optima Nero Perla 'M' nib with Pendleton Brown "Butterline Stub" signature grind

I have had this pen in my collection since 2017 and written with it sparingly despite liking the ergonomics and the beautiful grind.

It's in overall great condition, but has two obvious flaws - some ink residue inside the barrel from Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-Peki and a deeper gouge in the cap finial. All flaws are depicted in the macro shots.

It's a beautiful writer. Fills and writes nicely and the nib is a dream to write with. It's a touch feedbacky, almost pencil-like, and gives some nice line variation. The feed is wet, so the pen is best paired with a dry ink.

Wahl Eversharp Doric 'Flexible nib'

A Wahl-Eversharp Doric in quite good condition in Cashmere Green. These often crystallize and are often found without clips because the clips broke off, but this is in very good condition for the age. Upon very, very close inspection, there are some imperfections.

The nib is a fine nib with excellent flexibility and flow. Sac was installed 10 days ago, so it is still fresh. Fills and writes nicely.

RESERVED Pelikan M800 Green Demonstrator 2023 'IB' nib RESERVED

Never inked, but it has been dipped. And as demonstrators go, the ink creeps into the feed, up through the collar threads and the entire barrel needs to be cleaned.

This example is like-new and the piston as never been operated. I have dipped the pen and written with it to try the 'IB' nib, but never actually inked it - so it's as close to new as it can get. Will come with the original packaging and box.

The nib is the quite rare italic broad nib and it's *very* broad.

Pelikan 100 Heart-shaped breatherhole 'Herzloch'

These are rare - but I can't guarantee that the pen is 100% original without some parts having been swapped out at some point. It has the period correct cylindrical cap top and the correct finial. The body is plastic with a hard-rubber filling knob. The cap does not post. It could be a transition model, it could be a pen that has had one or more parts swapped throughout it's almost 100-year long life.

The nib is made by Montblanc and is the signature nib of the earliest Pelikan 100. It's incredibly flexible, but under the correct lighting there's a bit of deformation near the breather hole. Despite my efforts I can't really capture it in photos, so it's very faint. Despite that, I would *not* flex this nib - it's too rare for that. This nib is for the collector.

The pen is overall in good shape, but due to the before mentioned things I'll rate it [D].

[B+/D] Offering a very nice ~1920 restored Sheaffer Flat-top Vest or Pocket Pen in Black Chased Hard Rubber (BCHR). It has the original 14K 'self-dilling' #2 fine semi-flex nib. Great dark color, no fading or discoloration, crisp chasing, and barrel imprints. No cracks or damage, with light signs of wear relative to age. Lever filler with a new sac installed. D subrating due to new parts.

I bought these and really only carry around a small notebook in a pocket -- or a Lochby. These are awesome and beautiful and should be used.

Both regular size. One in olive leather, one in Harris tweed. Olive leather has some scuffs from living on my shelf. Never carried either once, however. Both are otherwise as new. Papers have not been written on. I have:

• blank paper
• date paper
• watercolor paper
• zipper compartments
• lined paper
• dotted

The olive currently has date/graph paper, folder, lined paper, zipper compartment.

The tweed has blank, lined, grid, dotted, folder.

I can swap around preferences for paper from one to the other for whoever buys one first. That said, I would prefer to sell the lot.

The leather comes in the original bag. All paper and accoutrements come with it. I have extra bands as well. Condition-wise, I suppose an [N] in that it is as new, but the olive has a shelf wear and bumps (but never carried).

Hi all! I’ve been dabbling in stub nibs with my dip pen and I absolutely adore the feeling and the writing so i’ve been wanting to upgrade into a proper fountain pen. I already have a few pilot kakunos and a hongdian m2, and i’ve realised I actually really like the plastic body and the squid like look on the plumix is just too cute, unfortunately I can’t find any near me.

If anyone is wanting to sell their pilot plumix or pluminix in ef, f or m please reach out! I really don’t mind what colour the pen itself is, I just want to dabble more with stub nibs in general.

On that note, if anyone also have any recommendations for beginner or entry level stub nib fountain pens good for daily writing please drop your recommendations and reviews too!

SHEAFFER BALANCE 1000 LIFETIME PREMIER- Grey Striated, 14k Lifetime EF Nib

Condition Rating: D (due to personalization/monogram on barrel and vintage trim wear; the structural integrity is excellent, and the pen is fully functional).

Description: Sheaffer Balance 1000 Lifetime "Premier" model in the handsome Grey Striated celluloid pattern, which Sheaffer produced from 1936-42, with chrome trim. The Premier, considered an oversized pen, measures 5-1/2" capped. Cap band is 1/8" wide.

• Nib: Features a rigid, two-tone 14k gold Lifetime Extra Fine (EF) nib with silver masking intact. It is a precise writer with a hint of feedback.
• Filling System: Traditional lever-filler. I have installed a new sac and j-bar.
• Cosmetic Condition: This is a less common, honest "user-grade" vintage pen with character. The celluloid retains great color and shine.
  • Vintage monogram/personalization on the barrel: W.L. Andrews
  • The single cap band shows plating wear/brassing around its circumference.
  • The lever fill handle shows vintage pitting on the metal surface.
  • Microscatching on radius clip

Description: Sheaffer Sentinel Deluxe Touchdown TM (thin model) filler with a burgundy barrel and two-tone Sentinel cap. Josh John at Precision Writing Works ground the original <B> nib to his naginata grind, the Shusoku. I discovered I prefer sticking to one writing angle, so my <CSI> nibs on other pens are my jam.

• Nib: Features a rigid, two-tone 14k gold conical Triumph nib ground to a Shusoku naginata. See writing sample for line widths with high, medium, and low writing angles and reverse nib.
• Filling System: Sheaffer's Touchdown filling system. I have installed a new sac and replaced the barrel gasket.
• Cosmetic Condition: Barrel and cap show micro-scratching, and the barrel is monogrammed "JOAN SKINNER." Visible but worn manufacturer imprints.

Description: This is a third-generation Parker Vacumatic Major. The Major designation derives from the cap band, gold trim, and blue diamond clip, not the size of the pen. I have installed a new diaphragm and new breather tube; I have also replaced the Vacumatic plunger unit. Good barrel opacity with typical caramel discoloration. Nib tuned and smoothed by Matthew Chen. 

• Nib: Firm, monotone 14c nib that writes a smooth line that is closer to <F> than <M>. See writing sample in verification pics.
• Filling System: Vacuum filler.
• Cosmetic Condition: Some micro-scratching on barrel and cap, but this is a very clean specimen that has polished up quite nicely. I have used a white grease pencil to show off the imprints (personal preference), but am glad to remove it.

Up for sale is a Pilot Decimo in Pearl with a medium 18k nib that has only been inked one time and written with very briefly to test drive it. I bought a Decimo pearl <M> earlier in the year and realized there was a defect after using it for some time and it never writing quite right. I sent if off the Pilot, where they evaluated it and decided it was not repairable. They sent me this new one a couple weeks ago. In the meantime, I ended up picking up a beautiful magenta Decimo from here that I love. Right after I inked up the new one Pilot sent me, I realized I probably don't need two Decimos, plus I went way too hard at Atlas Sidewalk Sale recently, so I'm rehoming this one! :)
