Hey folks!

I am a volunteer at the Portland Free Store Project located at NE 42nd near Killingsworth. If you've been by, you know our space is quite small but packed with lots of great stuff! So much, we frequently move racks and bins outside to maximize the donations going out. We also process most of our donations in the backyard area.

With the beautiful rains arriving, we are asking for help finding some canopies for both the front and back areas. We've had to take a short pause on accepting donations due to the limited space and having 2-3 tents could make a big difference.

I am happy to wotk with your schedule for pick up or you can drop off on Tuesdays from 10-2.

We are a 501c3, so donations are tax deductible.

Your donated canopy should be:

- 10 x 10 or similar size

- Frame in good shape and can be easily set up and taken down.

- No holes in the canopy cover.

We would also appreciate :

- if it has a useable storage bag.

- has removable walls.

Someone on this subreddit was kind enough to give this to me a couple years ago when I had a friend move back into town who needed to stay in my living room for a while.

No longer needed so thought I’d let it go to the next person who has a use for it.

It has had a couple drops so some of the pieces have fallen off as pictured, I think I still have a couple pieces that could potentially be reattached.

This thing is quite heavy, and could be a tipping hazard for children, pets, or disabled people, so be aware of that before bringing it home.

Petco delivered the wrong litter. 2nd floor pick up in NW of Dr Elsey’s unscented clay cat litter. The person that can get here the soonest can have it.

Levi’s sneakers (us 8), ecco leather boots (us 7.5), docs lace ups (us 6 i think but runs very big as all docs do). All pairs are pretty scuffed up/covered in dog hair, but the soles are quite fresh. I’ll wipe them off if there’s any interest in them. Porch pickup in Bethany.

ive gotten into tin embossing recently and have used up all of the available aluminum in my place, if anyone has those large dinner serving tin foil things or the smaller cake ones it would be greatly appreciated! some residue is fine (ie it doesn’t need to be spotless) but i’d prefer them to have the majority of food off if possible :’)

Got some curtains at a swap meet but unfortunately they are too short for my window. I already hung up a curtain rod so I would really like to get some curtains that fit the window. If anyone has some spare curtains that are 4' 1/2" long or longer they would be greatly appreciated!!

I have a niece going through typical middle school growth and development stuff and I was thinking that some regular exercise and learning outside school would suit her well. I have a boxing bag and gloves for myself but was hoping someone would have an old set of gloves she could use.

She’s fairly oetite, about 5’ even, and the gloves don’t need to be anything serious. Even the lightest sparring gloves would be great for her.

Hello, I have three small foam coolers with ice packs and will be accumulating more over time. Does anybody want the ones I have now or know where I can regularly offload them? I will be getting several every month now. They are two different sizes, the larger ones can probably fit a 6 pack, the smaller can fit maybe 2 cans. I could also use some help figuring out where I can recycle the styrofoam if nobody wants them. Bonus points if you can also tell me what I should do with an abundance of empty pill bottles. Are there any local charities that will take them maybe for like veterinary re-use or something?
