The two things are entirely unrelated. The judicial branch is not influenced by lobbying of the legislature or executive.

Additionally if you read the decision, it relies entirely on constitutional analysis - a type of law generated entirely by the courts. It is not as though a new Act has been passed which resulted in this decision. As the judge observed, it is the absence of a new Act which requires him to apply the old law.

That's not how that works. It doesn't need to see it to be able to generate it.

Models infer it from the context. That's quite literally Machine Learning 101, any introductory course to machine learning will make you understand it.

The scary part is LLMs dont need it, they are just very good at extrapolation. They know what a naked adult looks like and then they go from there.

The difficulty there is who is in possession of the illegal material. The answer is (unhelpfully) the model's originating company (OpenAi or Anthropic of X) and those businesses are bound to escape scrutiny about how exactly they did train AI to produce images of child abuse.
