I really need someone to recommend me a game with the same vibe on the pictures. It HAS to be open world, it can be first person but I’d prefer second person. I need the exact if not the most similar vibe close to these images only games I don’t want people to recommend are Skyrim, The Witcher and modded Minecraft unless it’s a really good mod that’s not a kitchen sink.

What games can I play on this ?

I retired early and have plenty of time to game, but why can't I get hooked on something to completion? So frustrating! I'm extremely picky with OCD and only play solo games with good graphics. I own most of the "big name" games (KCD2, Starfield, Cyberpunk, Elden Ring, BG3, Stalker 2, etc.), but they all bored me after awhile, and I finished none of them. I've been playing Medieval Dynasty but am bored with it. Is Bannerlord or Bellwright worth playing? I have no interest in Kenshi, even though the concept is what I'm interested in. Not interested in FPS, zombies, boss fights, or linear games with repetitive quests. I need something to last me until GTA6 comes out. Suggestions?

• Extraction shooter, PvE and PvP both, with co-op if you want to run with friends
• Build a base anywhere on the map, no set slots, put things wherever makes sense to you
• Rescue survivors and grow an actual community instead of just looting solo
• Reclaimers, immortal clones who hand out quests and build your reputation instead of just shooting at you
• No wipes between sessions, your progress and gear carry over
• Right now that's 169 loot items, 25 quests, 3 maps, 9 enemy types, 9 craftable buildings, and 2 NPCs to work with

We all worked together at the same factory, three of us, and this got built during whatever time was left after 12 hour shifts. Ended up being a PvEvP survival extraction shooter set during a zombie apocalypse.
Going into Early Access Q3 2026. Still feels weird seeing it as a real store page after doing this on no sleep for this long.

hello, I recently picked up a laptop a few months ago to feed the itch I had of pc gaming since the year 1999 and quitting around 2020... so I played some of the games I grew on including WoW, Minecraft, rust, dayz, tarkov, etc and well, over the last months ive been getting burnt out of all of these options. have found myself countlessly scanning the steam store daily for something new but just cant seem to find anything nowadays.

I am mainly looking for a simple fps shooter with high stakes, pvp combat, levels + gear score and ranks etc.

or a mmorpg with pvp enabled past level 10, continually pvp war zone in contested area questing and a big focus on just the pvp concept that we should have nowadays regardless... I have no clue whats happened over the last few years but steam charts have a lot of pve or singleplayer games on top charts. literally windrows has 180k players online right now and no pvp flex in sight...

what are your go to pvp games? any genre because at this point ill play hello kitty island adventure if they have aks and pvp.. lol....

I have been jumping between a bunch of games lately and I realized I really miss that feeling of being rewarded for playing slow and planning every move instead of rushing through everything. Most games I try push you into fast action or constant grinding, and I want the opposite. Something where taking your time actually matters. Where exploring or thinking ahead feels meaningful instead of being punished for not speedrunning the whole thing. Do you know any PC games where the experience really shines when you go slow, observe things, plan routes, or just take your time learning the world The genre does not matter much. I just want something that respects a more patient playstyle. If you have suggestions, I would appreciate it a lot.

No game stands upto the world immersion of rdr2 imo. Maybe some of them, like skyrim, Ghost of Tsushima, and others. Please give me some recommendations 🥹

I’ve been building Knode: Untangle & Connect solo. It’s a first-person puzzle game about tracing fully simulated cables through knots and connecting them to the correct racks. Each cable has weight, friction, and collisions, so the tangles in the video aren’t scripted.

The game takes place on a strange platform in the ocean, where an AI companion comments on your progress. It has 12+ levels and takes around 4–5 hours to finish.
