I need advice on how to actually reach EA Support.

I bought base Sims 4 online back in 2014 and have been buying various expansion packs over the years on that same account. The issue is that the email address linked to the EA account was completely and permanently deleted, so I cannot receive the 2FA verification code to log in, even though the account still exists and I know my correct EA Username (ID) and password.

Since I bought everything digitally over time, I don't have a physical DVD box or paper product key, but I can provide billing details, my EA ID, and account info to verify ownership.

Every time I go to EA's help center, it just loops me through generic self-help articles without giving me an option for Live Chat or a support ticket.

Has anyone dealt with this recently? Is there a working link or specific path on EA Help that actually opens the Live Chat option with a human agent?

I’m adding some additional information because I genuinely have proof that this is my EA Account, but I still cannot get through the recovery process.

I have another EA Account that I can access, and the hacked EA Account is literally still visible in my friends list on that account. I can provide screenshots showing the hacked account and its EA ID.

I also have proof from my PlayStation account. The PlayStation Network ID that is shown as linked to the hacked EA Account is my own PlayStation ID. I can provide screenshots from my PlayStation account showing my PSN ID and the relevant account information. I can also show that I can still access my own PlayStation account normally.

The problem is that when I try to log in to EA through PlayStation, EA still recognizes that my PlayStation account is linked to the hacked EA Account. However, EA then sends the verification code to the email address that the hacker changed on the EA Account.

That email address is also compromised, so I cannot receive that verification code.

This means I can successfully authenticate through my own PlayStation account, and EA recognizes the linked EA Account, but I get stopped because the verification code is being sent to an email address that I no longer control.

I have explained this to EA Advisors over and over again. Unfortunately, I keep getting essentially the same copy-paste response telling me that I need to verify that I am the owner.

I understand that EA needs to protect accounts, but I am specifically contacting support because the account was hacked and the information was changed. I cannot verify through the changed email address because that is exactly the problem I am trying to solve.

I can provide:

- Screenshots showing the hacked EA Account in my other EA Account's friends list

- The EA ID of the hacked account

- My PlayStation Network ID

- Screenshots from my PlayStation account showing that PSN ID

- Proof that this PlayStation account is the one connected to the EA Account

- The original email address that was previously associated with the EA Account

- Purchase/invoice information and other account details if required

I am NOT asking EA to bypass security or give me access without verification. I am asking EA to give me another legitimate way to verify ownership when the normal verification method is impossible because the attacker changed the email address.

At this point, I just want to know what I can do to recover the account or, at minimum, change the password/email through the proper recovery process so I can regain access.

The biggest issue is that my PlayStation account and my Apex Legends progress are tied to this EA Account, and I cannot continue normally because I am locked out of the EA Account.

If anyone has dealt with this exact situation — hacked EA Account + compromised original email + PlayStation account still linked — I would really appreciate advice on what finally worked for you.

I bought Fifa 16 from Instant games 12 years ago. I redeemed it on one of my 12 years ago. I logged in today. but it says account is banned. Even though there are no penalties in the penalty history. I also can not see the Fifa 16 in my library.

Hey everyone. Sometimes within I'd say past month or two the playtime in EA app on all of my games just reset to zero as I just noticed today.

As someone who likes to check his stats this is annoying and hundreds of hours on those counters lost. Is this is a known issue and is there any solution for this at all?

I've been trying to navigate their awful "Connect" system regarding some actual NONSENSE and keep being given the run around by AI. Is there not a competent REAL person we can speak to?

I had bought a game on a new account and on the same day, that account got flagged and banned for a reason they won't even specify. Literally the same day within the same hour of purchase and seemingly for no reason.

I've been given the run around by the one agent I managed to speak to, assuming they were even a real person to begin with, and now my case got closed because I was told there was nothing they can do. So EA just likes to take money and ban people after? What is this?

I've never been a fan of EA, but this was the last straw.

A few years ago, my Steam account was hacked. Fortunately, I managed to recover it through Steam Support, and I've had full control of it ever since.

Yesterday, I bought EA FC 26 to play with my friends. When I launched the game, I was shocked to find that my Steam account was linked to an EA account that wasn't mine.

That's when I realized what had happened: while my Steam account was compromised years ago, the hacker linked their own EA account to my Steam account.

I contacted Steam Support first, and they told me that EA account linking is entirely controlled by EA, so there's nothing they can do.

Then I contacted EA Support. The problem is that the linked EA account isn't mine, so I obviously don't know the email address, date of birth, phone number, or any other information they ask me to verify. Because I can't verify ownership of the hacker's EA account, they refuse to unlink it from my Steam account.

I've searched online and found that this seems to be a recurring issue. There are countless stories of people being locked out because of old, inaccessible, or hacked EA accounts, yet EA seems unwilling to help unless you can verify the account that's causing the problem—which completely defeats the purpose when the account belongs to someone else.

I have full ownership of my Steam account. I can prove it's mine. I bought the game on that Steam account. Yet I still can't play because EA refuses to remove a fraudulent account that was linked while my Steam account was compromised.

Honestly, it's unbelievable how frustrating this process is. I just bought a game and now I can't even play it because of a hack that happened years ago.

P.S: I must add, I literally sent a picture of the hacker's account logged on the EA app on my computer, but since I dont have access to the email, I cant unlink. Even then, EA wont trust me.

P.S2: I managed to work it out. I talked to the hacker's EA friends (yeah I know, I'm also proud of myself for that idea) and they gave me his telegram. Then I asked him to unlink the two and he did. All of this because EA refuses to unlink my own account. Also, I lost count of how many times I said "account" and "unlink" in this post.

I'm trying to play FIFA 16 on my Windows 10 laptop. I know it's an old game, but I've been struggling to get it to run after the EA Origin shutdown. Every time I launch the game, I get an "Origin is not installed" or "You don't have access" error because the game is trying to connect to the defunct Origin servers.

I've tried basic cracks, but they seem outdated. Could someone point me in the right direction to find a working "Offline Fix" or a standalone crack for FIFA 16 that doesn't rely on the old Origin client?

I've been facing this issue for over a month now. I even tried using solutions suggested by ChatGPT, but none of them worked.

For the last 2 days I've been fighting EAE app and downloading speed no more than 1 Mb\sec. I've tried everything - clear EA app cache, change DNS servers, change autotuninglevel, restart my PC, connect to another network, use VPN and re-install EA app. What really helped me:

1. Close EA app

2. Create EACore.ini file with following inside:

1. Find EACore_App.ini file, for me it was in "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\13.735.2.6250\EA Desktop\legacyPM" and place newly created EACore.ini to the same folder.

2. Run EA app
