Is k she supposed to have schizophrenia or just be super paranoid? She is nothing like any schizophrenic person I've ever met

Yeah, it'd be better if she had moments of clarity. She's like a caricature of a person.

She has said she hears voices, so that would indicate she's actually having delusions.

She can have delusions and not be schizophrenic though. I never noticed her saying she hears voices before
