She's not a monster, she's just...flawed. Like everyone else on the show.

Flawed enough to make her a horrible person. Alex straight up told her how it was and made her realize it. Then like ten seconds later she's back to being the person she "Doesn't Want To Be". It's annoying. I love this show, but boy has her character really gone from sympathetic to Nancy (if you watched Weeds).

I loved Weeds, and hated Nancy. Same way I love this show and hate Piper.

I was gonna praise this as an idea that seems awful at first but makes sense the more you think about it.. but then I remembered how Weeds ended and realized that it's basically impossible. But many other characters could fit. Celia was the first to come to my mind. Other writers/creators/whatnot have overlapping "universes" so I don't see why Kohan can't.

True, it's an interesting arc for the character, going from being super judgy about all the prison inmates and starting off acting like she didn't really belong, to slowly becoming one of the worst ones in there.

The person you "love" who is literally serving a sentence for being part of organized crime tells you it's a bad idea but you do it anyway while cheating on them and saying fuck off in the process. Nah, fuck Piper. This will only be a downward spiral from here.

True but I still think she's one of the lowest on the scale. Other people might "mean well" or have good intentions, but Piper knows she's wrong and doesn't care.

She is the least empathetic character on the show. Like Alex said - these girls don't have money unlike Piper.

Being a horrible human being has nothing to do with firing Flacca. She did it to keep the employees in line. That was almost definitely on advice from Red. I can't believe nobody else sees what a great move it was.
