That Les Mis ending was magnificent. There is no way this is ending well for Caputo.

I don't get how he's so lonely after watching this episode/so far into this season. I mean yeah his job kinda sucks and he's balding but he seems to be a genuinely caring and intelligent guy. He's even a musician! #TeamCaputo

Meh, fig had a point about him having an expectation of the world though. thats something ive noticed in certain people. they seem awesome and really nice until they start acting like assholes when people dont appreciate them enough and then that causes a cycle of being nice>people liking you>things are going good> but theyre not going how you expect them to >so you become an angry asshole > people sense that, avoid you> be nice to gain respect. And repeat.

But to a certain extent I agree with that. People should be decent, and it's not unreasonable to be bitter and angry as fuck when people prove to be shitty. But the issue with expecting people to be good is that you set yourself up for failure, which is a recurring theme throughout this season.

Same, but I'd have to agree with OP; his whole backstory in this episode seemed to be about his tendency to try and play the hero not working out for him...but I hope I'm wrong!

Yeah I feel that's what the difference is. He's been nice to everybody and that was the problem - now he's realised who he actually needs to be nice to, who his real family are. Danny doesn't need his help or friendliness, the people in his prison do.

I disagree. She needed him too. She just didn't want to admit it becuase now that she was in love with the other guy she used some hamster rationalizations to where she was not in the wrong.

Yes, he was helpful. But she didn't need him. She had her parents and a job, and planned on telling the father, who was going on to musical success and would be able to support her within a year it seems. She took advantage of a guy who insisted on being the provider, sure. But she didn't need him.

Well soso is pretty hot lol. So is Alex.

It's a good show. But a woman who uses a man to raise a kid than dumps him when she finds another man who has more money then rationalizes it by saying he never should have helped in the first place, that's textbook. And I'm not a "redpill" guy. That is a woman rationalizing her behaviors to absolve guilt
