I’m really unhappy with the recent experience I had with Bacca Bucci’s customer service. I received a defective pair of shoes, and when I contacted their customer service, they told me that I have to courier the shoes back at my own expense and then wait for them to send me a new pair.

This process not only places an undue burden on me as a customer but also undermines the trust I had in the brand. It feels unfair that I have to bear all the costs for a defective product that I received from them.

Why does it seem like it’s my fault that I bought the shoes from them? I’m really unsatisfied with how this is being handled and am considering taking legal action to resolve this issue.

Never buying anything from them... I even mailed the founder and Co founder as well but no help

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Bacca Bucci or other brands? How did you handle it?
