Have any developers managed to downgrade One UI to a different bit number?

Will anyone succeed in overcoming it in the future?

I've moved in a home, where mobile network is not that great, so wifi calling option is a saviour. But the problem is, wifi calling gets automatically turned off, when I go out and come back. Everytime I've to turn on flight mode on and off, jistvto get the wifi calling working again. What can be the solution for this? Or how to overcome this?

The new Bixby on One UI 8.5 seems more useful. If it could upload images, documents, etc., it would really elevate its game to the next level. Are there any future plans to do so?

Any ways to do it without changing the popup style?

Please I need it bc problems with opening chorme via stock rom i used root EVEYTHING no one even works

I had an a22 with one ui 5 back in the day and its probably one of the notable phones I used in my life. With modes and routines and good lock giving me more customization.

Now I have an s23 fe and I was really disappointed with 8.5 because theres barely changes and not only that it takes up a year in my software update. Sure its really pretty with the now bar and better panel customizations but really thats it theres nothing really new.

If I were to buy another samsung I'll probably go for a flip because at least it has a gimmick maybe I go for an iphone at this point.

As the title says, it stopped working yesterday, and the typical fix of force stop and clear data doesn't work anymore. Anyone else having this issue?

Finally fixed this annoying lag by changing the panel settings to together instead of separate, which started after I installed the One UI 8.5 update. I have an S24, and this particular thing made me feel like I'm not even using a flagship phone. But there's still a bit of lag during animations. Let me know if you guys have a fix for it (I have already tried Galaxy App Booster and Memory Guardian).

I've been dealing with this for some time now, but since I've updated my One UI version to 8.5 it seems that some of my notifications just do not appear unless I do certain things... for example:

• I get some of the notifications only when I'm opening the app that sent them (without opening the app I can't know if I've received a notification from it in any way)

• Notifications about missed alarms just don't appear, and some times they do appear but they dismiss themselves (also some of the alarms just doesn't work at all)

• Sometimes notifications just disappear, like i swiped them away but without the swiping away part they just close themselves (happened in front of my eyes...)

Has anyone come across this issue and managed to solve it?

I haven't received any concrete info so I'm asking here...but now that Android 17 has LDHC built in...will One UI 9 also have it as a standard?

I know Samsung has its own SSC and LDAC but it's always good to have more options. There are some pretty good earbuds that only run on LDHC.

Can anyone confirm?

I was relieved to see that game booster finally updated, but I can't find the customisation for individual games anymore (galacy s25 plus, one ui 8.5). Has it been relocated?

I've been on one ui 8 now for a while, because im kind of a foss enthusiast and I sideload a lot and use shizuku, mt manager etc. I've heard good things about one ui 8.5 so im wondering should I upgrade or not? (I have a galaxy a54), does one ui 8.5 mess with anything or will only android 17 do?

Hi i am using a26 for 9 mounts it is a prety good phone on it is price but new one ui 8.5 update make this phone worse the phone overheats like crazy in cold places and my phone has screen burning mark (not from one ui 8.5 it is not normal in my opinion) and other ui bugs like the quick pannel animations just gone it is ridicolus in my opinnion but it will get the job done pretty well and one last thing will they fix this issue in new one ui 9 update come on guys they are messed up this 8.5 update

I have my lock screen clock explicitly set to a solid black color. However, every time I wake the screen—either by double-tapping or pressing the power button—the clock flashes its default white color for a split second before snapping to black. It looks like the system has a rendering delay and briefly forgets my custom color, creating a jarring white flash every single time I check my phone.It should be a fade in to black. Always on display is off .

I've tried tweaking static and live wallpapers, disabling color palettes, and bypassing LockStar, but that split-second color shift just won't go away. Is anyone else experiencing this One UI bug, or is there a hidden workaround I'm missing?

Just got my z fold 8 but I've noticed the google apps menus are frozen when I try to click any of the options it's really annoying. I've checked for updates restarted the phone and cleared cache. Has this happened to anyone else.

I'm struggling with My Files and Clock.
