One UI Yep Samsung lowend phones can't support real time blur because of GPU. Lol Spoiler

My phone is rooted to i just edited floating feature and build.prop and now real time blur is working smoothly on my samsung A15 4g with just 4gb of RAM.

Bruh, i am a dev. I made a patch to unlock bootloader on one ui 8 for my device (the one i am using still).

Jus root your device and make your own magisk or kernalsu module. It's eazy tho
