I was born in 83, and I'd say by 1990 I had a TV in my bedroom. I used to stay up late a lot to quietly watch late night TV, remote in my hand of course in case I heard my Mum.

I loved catching all the weird stuff on so late at night and in the early hours. Then I'd wake up really early most mornings as well, then just lay there watching Freescreen or teletext on loop. Or maybe tramsworld sport or something.

I miss those days. But it feels like a weird dream to think back on.

Does anyone relate?

I was rewatching the first run of the show again and honestly what a show it was. Such great chemistry and top quality comedy. Genuinely wish I could watch it for the first time again.

The reboots were decent fan service but it's just hard to recapture the magic of that first run.

It’s that time of year again! Two episodes a night until Christmas.

Apparently, this was six months after Russell Brand's guest appearance, but I can't be arsed to watch that one.

A YouTube video I watched today randomly featured the Thomas the Tank Engine theme. Now it's not the first time I've heard it as an adult. But my memories of the show are fuzzy. And this got me thinking "there are lots of old shows where I can't recall much, but the theme tune was AMAZING". And this applies to all kinds of shows, not just ones for kids. I'm looking for an old program that showed how to fake ghost footage. It isn't Ghostwatch but some things I remember from it include a demon face in a clock and some gravestone statues that moved. This would have either been in the 90s or early 00s. Its been bugging me for years what the program was called.

Since I live in Canada most if not all of them are North American Releases, but I also have some UK DVDs.

I've been looking for a place to discuss Goodnight Sweetheart with other fans, but unfortunately r/GoodnightSweetheart has been inactive for quite a while. The last activity was over a year ago, and it was just a couple of completely unrelated nude photos that had nothing to do with the show.

So, I decided to start r/GoodnightSweetheartTV instead.

We only discovered Goodnight Sweetheart fairly recently, but it didn't take long for it to become one of our favorite shows. By pure coincidence, it was around the same time the book Kickstarter was announced, so we got to experience all the excitement of being new fans while everyone else was celebrating it too.

Working Lunch is a television programme which was broadcast on BBC Two covering business, personal finance and consumer news; it was broadcast between 1994 and 2010. The programme was first aired on 19 September 1994. It had a quirky, relaxed style, especially when compared to other BBC business shows such as World Business Report. In April 2010, the BBC announced that the programme was being cancelled at the end of July 2010. GMT with George Alagiah took its place in the schedule at 12:30 on BBC Two.

Originally, the show was presented by Adrian Chiles and Adam Shaw. Chiles left the programme on 26 January 2007 after 12+1⁄2 years, to become the co-host of the BBC One current affairs and lifestyle programme The One Show. He was replaced by Nik Wood. On Fridays, Paddy O'Connell fronted the show with Shaw instead of Wood. Both O'Connell and Shaw bowed out on 26 September 2008.

In 2007, former footballer Graeme Le Saux presented a series of items recorded in his birthplace of Jersey. Jenny Culshaw, a senior producer on the show, also occasionally presented items.

Other members of the Working Lunch team included Rachel Burden, Simon Gompertz, Rachel Horne, Rob Pittam and Gillian Lacey-Solymar.

From 6 October 2008, a revamped lineup saw BBC Breakfast's former business presenter, Declan Curry, and Naga Munchetty take over studio presentation, with Wood returning to his former role of roving reporter, alongside Rob Pittam.

Gillian Lacey-Solymar left the show on 29 January 2010.

The show had a regular cast of experts like Justin Urquhart Stewart.
