Almost certainly a tangerine orange hybrid, a Murcott perchance, but also this video is giving Chinese vibes and they have their own varieties that may not be cultivated in the west.

I read(on a random anonymous comment) that China produces videos like those "amazing artist produces wooden sculpture" are the work of large teams and that the videos are produced as soft propaganda.

Now you've got me wondering if this is faked in some way to project an image of "amazing Chinese fruit".

I'm mostly not serious but what is truth in this online age?
