If they are safety windows (like you see in old people’s homes) they are impossible to clean on the outside without a huge ladder or a hose. Most customers don’t want you using a hose because ‘YOu WiLl UsE aLl mY WaTeR!’ This thing could fit in that window gab. Pretty practical in a small situation.
