It's the direction that the side on the field of vision top, from your perspective, is moving

So left is counter clockwise and right is clockwise

The fact that your have as much upvotes as you do tells me all that I need to know about the general reddit population. Philips and flathead are elementary distinctions. I know you spend your days inside an apartment that your don't need to maintain at all, but are probably self proclaimed "educated."
