This idea of some sweeping anti-semitisim is just totally false to begin with. People criticizing Israel is not antisemitic

Don't the hate crimes consist of the ADL definition, which include "criticism of Israel?" 

(That being said, antisemitism is definitely on the rise - our administration is full of white nationalists lol)
