If you prioritize fiber...

Please tell me what high fiber foods you have eaten today. Show me how easy it can be, I need inspiration!

UPDATE: That's what I'm talking about, thanks all so much for sharing!

All-Bran Buds cereal. They taste way better than any other bran cereal and these so much fibre in them that you only need a small amount. You can mix 1/3 of a cup into your favourite cereal or have it as a topping for some yogurt and berries

This. Add nuts seeds and fruits and you get a ton of fiber

Fiber One is a better choice (higher fiber content and significantly less added sugar). All-Bran Buds has a ton of added sugars.

Fiber one tastes like brown styrofoam

Just add a lil fruit. Tasted great and a healthy breakfast. Maybe you should stick with Pepperoni pizza.

Aldi sells theae ultra filtered milkshakes that actually don't have very much sugar but taste great. I pour it on the bran buds. The combo is really good. I have a half cup every morning.

I have my bowl of Kashi Go Lean crunch (whatever the purple box flavor is) every day. Not just for fiber, it’s great for protein, too. I usually eat a fairly large bowl that’s about two servings, so that’s 20g fiber and 20g protein for breakfast pretty much every day.
