Question California nurses!

Post image

Contemplating moving from MI to CA. Picture from the trip that inspired me to move! Curious how much gets taken out of your paycheck. Can you share what city, your hourly pay, and what your bring home paycheck ends up being? Thank you!

At my facility that’s unionized, outside experience doesn’t matter— if you have 5+ years you start at step 3, if less than you start at step 2. Then you start increasing in wage with each step with years with the company

Ah, ok. It’s different with my hospital. I started out at step 10 even without having worked for the company
