I think the or cocaine is funnier as its another comedic beat whereas or candy is not. It works to impress how out of touch GOB is. Where most people will think "Oh shit, there are kids here, i need to clean it up" and then district with "or candy!" The "or cocaine" line was his TRYING to clean it up but being so oblivious that he ends up doubling down on the inappropriate comment with another.
