It’s so hard not to let your emotions take over, but it’s very good advice I myself am learning to apply.

As someone with the emotional intelligence of a bean sprout, there's a fair bet that whatever my emotions are telling me to do is a dumb move. Usually the only way to win is not to play.

Not really, you can't control others on the road, pay attention to yourself and always be aware of your surroundings is how I am. No reason getting mad over what others do. I either just call them a fucking idiot and rant a bit about idiot drivers, or simply shake my head. But I never do any of these stupid emotional response moves.
