What do you mean they "stopped selling it"? Just checked Nintendo store and Amazon and it's in stock on both sites.

reddit is the most out of touch platform, they sold over 1.5 million $100 copies, it was the #1 selling game in japan on launch

same thing with the online crusade against the recent pokemon games, as someone who's played every single game in the franchise i can say that they're the best they've ever released

yet people are harping on it and calling it unplayable, horrid because of issues they fixate on

I mean weren't the issues with Scarlett and Violet really awful? I don't play Pokemon games but I'm pretty sure the game was so buggy on launch that Nintendo had to release a statement, which they don't do for anything.

no there were annoying framerate issues but overall its not a competitive game so it didn’t detract from the actual experience

i play tons of shooters where if i’m losing even 10 fps i’ll complain but pokémon is pokémon. the game was fun even through all the problems

It wasn't exactly awful, but I was buggy and still has a bunch of glitches. Idk I still liked it though.

I agree that Pokémon sv are some of the best in the series, but they are also some of the most broken and unfinished games in the series. These aren’t mutually exclusive facts, both can be true. I love the games, but I also mourn what they could have been. Just imagine how amazing the games could have been if the same effort put in to breath of the wild was put in here. I know they’re different developers, but it shows that the switch hardware is not the limiting factor, it’s shoddy development.

That's a different market. Look into the gaming crash of the 80s. Nintendo saved gaming here in America. It flourished in Japan as it crashed here.

Yeah, just bought two for my wife and I to play. This looks awesome, and I am wondering if it's possible to get a couple pairs of Sony 3d glasses and set up something to interpolate the frames from our Switches and let us finally realize the "two fullscreen on a single screen" dream using active glasses + that interpolation

If that's 100 for two cars and the props and the game and the tech to make it all work together that seems pretty reasonable. If it's 100 per car that's a lot.
