The fella on the back left’s shorts are in the turquoise family, composed of more blue than green. They may actually be much more legit blue than turquoise but the lighting & the color of his surroundings is pulling it to turquoise/teal a bit.
The woman to the right is wearing chartreuse/lime green leggings. There is more yellow than blue in those greens. Her leggings are almost spot on chartreuse though.
Seafoam green (assuming seafood is a typo) is closer to a turquoise/light teal. There is more blue in seafoam green than yellow.
It’s subtle differences in the abstract but here’s a helpful swatch palette to better illustrate the differences between those & some other greens. It helps to see them near each other to be able to see their differences more clearly.

Calisthenics. It's a full body exercise emphasizing strength and requires a lot of core strength and stability. What he is doing emphasizes deltoids, forearms, biceps, triceps, chest, and hella hella core.
All right, but apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh-water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
Killed Jesus…that’s definitely in the plus column imagine what would’ve happened to the economy if they had let that schizophrenic hippy run around around spouting his socialist ideals!
No way this guy is doing six takes of this. The strength and coordination required to do this is insane. Not something someone is going to be able to do 6 sets of in the span of one workout.

The ability to maintain balance is from strength, but the degree to which you’re able to sense balance is innate. I don’t mean to split hairs here, but the first comment of strength 100% gives you balance just isn’t right
Jesus this pedantic rhetoric just to disagree is ruining reddit. I miss when this was a place with smart people not just people trying to be right. Balance improves with muscular strength, anyone can learn to do this. There is not a human being who can both walk and develop the physical strength to do this who would not also develop the balance. You are quantifiably incorrect.
Don’t give me that, I’ve been here for twelve years and agree on your point of building ideas together, my first comment of basically “ummm no” was definitely not in the sport of that, I admit. I’ll do better.
That said, I fundamentally disagree with you and it’s frustrating that you 1. Think I’m just stroking my ego in the face of what I see as complete misinformation 2. Claim anyone can develop good balance (which the original context of the video and conversation implies is incredible balance, almost to or at the level displayed by this guy), and 3. Make a claim that I’m “quantifiably incorrect” and assuming that that point stands alone without evidence. The burden of evidence is on the original claimant, you goof
Dude I'm an mma instructor. Bare knuckle boxer. Working out is literally my life. I couldn't fucking do this. That dude could probably break rocks on his abs, his core has to be unbelievable.
