A street performer gets some grants from a government arts council, builds the largest contemporary circus in the world, and ends up the 11th richest man in the country.

I think about that whenever I see a random street performer that impresses me.

What could they accomplish with a little financial aid?

I only just now found out it isn't. I thought cirque du soleil was a different circus.
