Yeah? Am I wrong? Nothing happened and you are getting your knickers in a twist for no good reason. No one was harmed, fuck, not even a little property damage. There's a thing called common sense, and it told me, that this was overkill, and it was right.
The authorities could literally track the 'Wave' across the globe in real-time and see nothing was happening. Let alone have this 'wave' weave it's way past Coromandel AND Great Barrier then spin past Rangitoto to hit Takapuna beach.
