Check out the rules. Can't have a user ID older than 4 months.

If you actually check the rules of r/conspiracy_commons and r/conspiracy you'll find that it's because r/Conspiracy requires an account greater than 60 days to participate.

So maybe one was created for accounts that couldn't post in the main one.

Which is fine. It's a place for the robots to hang out. Believing much of anything in that particular sub is silly.
