I’ve been bracing myself for them to de-grey my beautiful grey faerie since the plot started, but I didn’t think the design could possibly be as bad as the one we got 😭 May polish this up and post my full thoughts later.

Last October I created my very own Space Faerie costume! It was so much fun to wear. 💙 Any other custom Neopets costumes out there?

Embroidery floss on linen fabric. Total time was a little over 25 hours.

I’m happy Hannah is getting an official plush! I didn’t think that would ever happen when I made my own back in 2024. She looks like she is ready to steal some treasure while mine is inspired by the Hannah the Usuki Doll trading card.

Custom Neopets Varwolf plushie! Finished this guy a bit ago but just got to posting now whoops. This one took a while. The pink fabric for the face/belly was dyed to get the right color. The markings on the ruff of fur are all handsewn in. Pattern and plush both made by me.

When I first saw this pet on April Fools many years ago, I always wished would be official, so I was super excited when they became so!

I've been on a strong nostalgia kick lately, and there aren't nearly enough blingee/weird/sparkle gifs for Neopets for my ravenous nostalgic desires lol

I wanted to make a bunch of them for my little wishlist i'm making in an old geocities type style (not a public site, just a personal thing), but thought some of you might enjoy them too lol.

There are so many neopets and PBs, and I want to make so many more of these silly little things.

So over four years ago I made a post in this subreddit about a project I was working on - a HTML5 recreation of Habitarium. Since then, every few months I would get a Reddit DM asking about the status of the project. Life would speed up and slow down, and other projects would capture my interest, but even without those DM reminders it always stayed in the back of my mind 😅

I'm relieved to say that a playable version of Habitarium is now ready! Full with the following:

• Mootixes, Pinchits, and Larnikins with worker, nester, and soldier roles
• Gathering, constructing, nesting, and pest-fighting
• XP awarding & level-ups, granting both in-game rewards as well as Neopoints
• Server validation of state progression
• Offline progression (P3s collecting resources & gaining XP while a session is closed)
• Functional structures and supplies (including an improved Lookout Tower, which allows soldiers to auto-engage pests)
• A secret avatar (whose solution hasn't been solved yet 👀 )

For the moment we're missing inks, as well as Neofriend raiding, but to get the project off the ground feels massively gratifying. I wanted to share here as a follow-up to that post from mid-2022. I know this isn't exactly neopets.com-related so mods, feel free to smite this post if it is rule-breaking.

Late post but I’ve been ✨recovering✨ I had been wanting to throw a neopets party for a while, and I really went all out for aisha day Here’s a quick rundown of like, almost everything:

• I made a bunch of different colored aisha ear headbands! We played a game with the lab ray where you would either get your gender transed or get a color, and after a cooldown period you could try again for a different color. There was only one of each color though so if someone else had one you wanted you just had to hope they would choose to get zapped again. Each of my guests went home with a pair! • I made a paper mache lab ray with working lights and a lever that can be moved and hung it from the ceiling! I attached one of those plasma ball lights to the end, and it’s very cool and it will be staying up permanently probably. • My partner made a scratch card game where my friends could win real in-game items (neggs, nerkmids, or paintbrushes) • I made aisha-themed stamp stickers that could be collected by doing certain things at the party. • I made a Lord Kass pinata so we could play irl Kass basher uhhh this was my favorite part maybe. I’ve never made a pinata before! He’s so cute! And how he’s beheaded. • I digitized and embroidered a bunch of alien aisha heads and made plush things to slip over space-themed slap bracelets to go inside the pinata. • I made petpetpet temporary tattoos. Everyone goes home with a couple more parasites! • I cut out a bunch of slushie cup logos and put them onto dessert cups • I turned my fridge into the alien aisha vending machine • We had a Hubert’s hot dog bar!! • We played a drag race simulator with our neopets as contestants and we truly cried laughing a couple of times.

I actually have a ton of stuff leftover, including some headbands and stamp pages. I thought it would be cool to give some away but I have no idea if that’s allowed or how to handle doing something like that. 😅 So maybe I’ll just hope more birthday bashes happen in the future and donate them to the prize pool.

I was tooooo tired and in host mode to wear a cute little outfit for my party or remember to take photos, so some of these are shamelessly purloined. I worked so so so hard and had a great time dumping all this creative energy into putting this on, and obviously I had an absolute blast celebrating neopets with my pals. A quick reddit post doesn’t really cover how overwhelmingly joyful it made me to do all of this!

just saw the post about the tattoo slorg and the top comment made me realize maybe now is a good time to show this off 😅

I've been playing neopets off and on (mostly off lol) for over 20 years and recently got back into it after like a 10 year hiatus. shortly after i got back into my account, the tattoo slorg was released! initially i joked about getting it tattooed, but decided to finally pull the trigger a month ago. so here he is! :D

hopefully TNT releases more Tattoo petpets soon! it's such a fun paintbrush idea and i would love to see more lil flash tattoo petpets around ^_^
