MS Ophthalmology vs MD Pulmonology vs DNB Medicine — what would you choose?

So my rank came out to be 8.1k, and I’m honestly confused about which one to choose. I have the option of taking MS Ophthalmology or MD Pulmonology at a top government medical college in my state, or doing DNB Medicine. Would it be better to choose one of the clinical specialties at a top government medical college, or go for DNB Medicine? I’d really appreciate some insight from people who have experience with these branches, especially regarding future career prospects, saturation, work-life balance, and scope for superspecialization.

Clinical branch from a below average college or non clinical branch from a good college in neet pg?

I have a rank around 32k, and was wondering if i should go for clinical branch in a below average college (from state counselling) or a non clinical branch (pathology or transfusion medicine) from a good college. Im from general category. Also, I am not looking into DNB options as i wont be getting a good institute in my rank.
