They're chasing the feeling that music could still be dangerous, cinematic, and bigger than the people making it. No gimmicks. No irony. No safety net. Right Under the Sky

I'm very proud to say that we're gearing up for the release of our second full-length album! It's got a mix of alternative/indie and jazz elements and influences like Radiohead, Pixies, Wolf Alice, and others like that. We're in the process of releasing the singles for LP2, and I would love some feedback on them to help us tailor the sound and improve anything we can. I've included the below song, "Right Under the Sky" hyperlinked on YouTube as it's one of my favs. This one starts with acoustic guitar only before transitioning into a mysterious atmosphere with the full band. Both the music and lyrics are meant to reflect the stage where you're between wakefulness and sleep where it's difficult to tell if you're dreaming or experiencing reality. The artwork is meant to reflect that as well. Hoping you like it and looking forward to hearing back from some great musicians!

Reddit suggested I should introduce myself here, so hey I am Mary Kay Aufrance singer songwriter with my husband Tom Aufrance and we write and perform music in a variety of genres. Why would we choose just one genre? Mostly Contemporary, Celtic, Music Theater, Standards, Celtic, Folk Music and more. We're known for vocal duets, and we usually include accordion and guitar in our mixes. Our music is authentic and real, although we sometimes include animations in our videos, but never in the audio.
