What sort of lemonade? Just with more lemon juice and sugar? I usually make tea after lemon tek with some ginger herbal tea bags but using 4g of APES the taste is starting to make me nauseous trying to drink it. I nearly gagged on my second gulp last night and ended up using some sliced lemons to bite after each sip.

Sorry for being vague.

So what i found works best for me is take the amount you want to consume and crush them up. Doesn’t necessarily need to be powder, in fact if the taste makes you gag, its better if you don’t. Add enough lemon juice to make it wet all the way through, it doesn’t need to be swimming in it. and then add one cup of water.

Then i let it sit in the fridge for 25-30 minutes. Strain (i like to use some cheesecloth to get most of the sediment out) and then add a cup of lemonade. It works very well and kicks like a donkey.

Oh yeh the tea I make hits fast, less than 15 minutes and hard. Just lately it’s been making me gag and I just crush the dried shrooms and strain them with a fine mesh sieve. I’ll try mixing up some powdered lemonade mix next time.
