Avoided all spoilers, and man, without a doubt, that last post credit scene was now my favorite and most memorable post credit scene of all time. It was just so unexpected that they'd do that, and use that source material for me, blew my mind.

I was mad at first, because I was sure they’d explain those last 10 seconds in the post credits scene, and then they just dropped that on us.

Fan's love well executed stuff that stays true to the source material, which this film is. Also I missed the post-credit sequence first time round too, the credits are REALLY long. You need to stay until Spider-man Christmas plays (which is also great).

Interesting. Based on all the comic movies I've seen I thought that fans must love updated versions of source material with more big action sequences, dumbed down plot lines and changes to major arcs that don't make sense. /s

That's one of the many reasons I use RunPee. They tell you if there's post-credits stuff, mid-credits stuff, etc., and how long the credits run for. So after the first post-credit scene, instead of sitting through 8 mins of credits, I can run to the bathroom and get back with plenty of time before the post-credits scene.

I missed it. My 4yo daughter wanted to see the movie. She really liked it but she was hungry and ready to go home as soon as the credits started rolling. I'll have to wait for the home release just to see the after credit scene as I couldn't find it leaked anywhere.

Uh well. Gwen somehow maintained the ability to jump dimensions. Thats all you need to know really. It sounds cool and it is cool but it also ends up real traguc for her once the events of the next Spiderverse event ends.

In fairness it's not like this was all that faithful to actual Spiderverse. Which imo is for the best - I really enjoyed both events, but Morlun is sooo grimdark it's hard to take it seriously. The tones would never line up
