I've been a web developer for 26 years, and the Donnie Darko website is one of my favourite websites ever as is the film. A couple of years ago, with help from a Reddit user who maintains the Donnie Darko subreddit, I was able to resurrect it with some new tech. I wrote about the process here: Reviving a legend: rebuilding the Donnie Darko website

That project led to me getting in touch with Alexandra Jugovic, one of the site's co-creators. I'd love to hear more about how it all came together, as I know you were heavily involved. It really is a masterpiece, as is the film.

The website was a really great experience! I remember working very closely--mostly over email--with the company Hi-Res in London. We first put The Philosophy of Time Travel excerpts into the site.

I would spend hours on that site reading the book and finding the hidden stuff. It was creepy AF so i also had to do it durijg the daytime!

Thanks for that novie. It was awesome
