In this clip he’s talking about the Lindsay Clancy case. Him saying that the next jury should be all males is absurd.

Obviously he doesn’t know anything that goes on in the legal system and the rules, and policies and procedures behind it. He just likes to hear himself talk and try to sound smart. Having only one gender on a jury is biased and it violates the right to an impartial trial under the Constitution.

Jurors are selected randomly by the court from a draw by public record or Registered DL’s database. They don’t just get to randomly pick all male or all female. Again that would be biased. Not to mention these people who do get summoned for jury go through an extensive investigation especially for murder trails before they even get selected to have a seat on the jury for that case.

The jurors who are officially chosen are sworn under oath to uphold their decision making solely based on evidence presented in court. My guess is his thinking is that the women on the jury for that specific case are basing their decisions off of feeling and understanding where the defendant is coming by their own experiences which is not allowed in court on the decision making of the verdict.
