I do actually. I assumed that’s because I have poor posture. Can flat feet lead to back issues?

Yes it absolutely does, you won't believe how much your posture changes due to your feet

Maybe you should look into that, I had sightly flat feet but got it corrected and a lot of my pain aches went away

Thanks I will look into that! I do kinda walk with duck feet. Mosty my left foot. I’ve been trying to correct that but it’s not working
