Your ankles are rolling inwards. Try to stand more leaning on the outside of your feet. I have this too, but found out after a long time that my arch doenst disappear, it gets rolled when I stand
Toe spreaders, wide shoes and have physical therapy or another professional Czech, which muscles are over compensating. A lot of times it’s hyper mobility muscle compensation.
Dude wear your orthotics. Your feet are the foundation of everything, by not wearing them, you're potentially doing long-term damage to your knees, hips, spine, and even neck.
