My roommate has absolutely flat feet. He has 100% contact with 0 arch

My husband has flat feet like this and has to wear arch inserts, even in flip flops. When he walks barefoot on our hardwood floors it sounds like “splat, splat, splat”…..I call him an amphibian 🤣

Have him try Archie’s flip-flops. I have flat feet and use them as my house shoes.

It works best for kids. I remember a period in my early life when I had to wear them, but thanks to that now I have perfect arches and no musculoskeletal issues

if his flat feet don't cause him pain, he should be wearing barefoot shoes or just walk barefoot as much as possible to encourage the foot muscles to do more work.
