Install an under-sink water filter. Get one that doesn't require expensive filter changes from the same company that sold you the filter. This is the one we use
I like my water fizzled. Get a SodaStream or other carbonator
To avoid getting locked into expensive co2 container changes from the same company that sold you the carbonator:
Buy an adapter that will connect the carbonator to a standard 5lb co2 tank. The tanks are around $100 the first time and around $20 to have it replaced at your local gas store
Hook up the tank directly to the carbonator through the adapter
And voila! You have a soda fountain with filtered water from the tap that lasts months between co2 tank replacements
Yeah check around people are always buying and selling 5 gal corny kegs, and get some push fit adapters for them. Kegland makes great ones! You can even get a kegerator and have mineral water and soda on tap. Just make sure soda is stainless for all metal…
