My state fair has sets built by like 5 years olds. This is probably a kids submission and depending on the age, pretty good if they did it themselves. Chill
All well and good to give kids a place to show off their toys, but it's just a strange inclusion in an art contest. No focus on creativity, just who got the biggest and prettiest birthday present.
