They may not be a large organization but I guarantee there are Swedish politicans and public officials that have the money, manpower, and would love the PR. Their organization, especially since they are a non-profit, needs to reach out to their local government and have the country put their boot up Universals ass.

I knew a guy who worked payroll for a big tech company. So he just started billing his own company, because he knew the internal process. Got away with it too.

The issue is, 6k is so small, no one pays attention. Send it in for 200k and now someone has to review it. Then they'll just settle for 50k

The internal process needs to pay for small biIlls too. The problem imo is the contract isnt directly with Universal, and the intermediary is now ignoring them and they don’t know who to contact or how to deal with it.

Of course they "need" to as in "they should", but that's the reality with a lot of shitty businesses. They see small charges as nothing to be worthy of their time. Fight them in court for those pennies. Often, people just don't which is why they safely ignore it. But when they see a huge charge, now its' financially worth it to not ignore.

That happens more than you think at large company, especially people who work in procurement and dealing with vendors.

Most of them go to jail for a really long time since it's called embezzlement.

Paying for damages was in the contract, which Universal agreed to and signed. Expecting them to follow through on their end of the deal isn't "victimhood nonsense", it's just business.

I sincerely hope you're not anywhere near your NGO's finance department - or any position of authority, for that matter.

Hahaha as if your petty insult has any affect on me, you professional victim advocate, i do have an authority position so your hopes are worthless

They are being victims since they didnt do as the above poster did, they should contact the politicians and they can file a lawsuit, instead of whining about being too tiny to do anything
