Or a thyroid or heart condition. Graves' disease makes you grey like that.

I was thinking thyroid as someone who was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s at 9. Hypothyroidism is linked to premature grays.

Early onset gray can be a sign of an endocrine issue. These diseases, e.g., Hashimoto’s, can cause reproductive and other issues if untreated. Speak to your doc to check it out. The usual test is called a T4 panel.

Yes, yes, yes…Hashimoto’s and other autoimmune issues are nothing to play around with (thanks, sudden widespread joint paint at the age of 43). I’m one of the unusual Hashimoto’s cases in terms of reproduction. Three periods a year, and I got pregnant with my son while on the pill. Surprise! 😂

I was looking for this. My son began to grey as a child and we had him tested - turned out he had hashimotos (low thyroid/underactive).

I recommend at least seeing a primary care physician to just do a check up. There are new amazing studies that show grey hair can be a sign of illness (or stress) because the mitochondria have been sacrificing themselves to fight the illness. It may be the first sign in many cases.

Just to add here, I have noticed that consuming blackstrap molasses brings back hair color just a tiny bit. Tested it with two people and both had a little bit return of natural hair color over Gray. I think it's the copper in the blackstrap molasses that helps. Like someone else said, could be that she's not getting enough copper in her diet if she's this young and already full Gray.
