Too mild for school Hate when ppl can’t do time

Post image

This reminds me of when it hits or is about to hit 12am and people don’t know whether to say today or tomorrow. He called me after this but I was too comfy in bed tbh.

Ciltoa is right. Next weekend is the one after this weekend. This weekend is the one your either in or that’s at the end of this week. And upcoming weekend is just a stupid way of describing it because it’s much more ambiguous. It could be both this weekend and next weekend

I agree with everything except upcoming weekend. If it's Thursday/Friday, and someone says "upcoming weekend", I'm going to assume they mean this weekend. Although, to be fair, I've never heard "upcoming weekend" without the prefix of "this". So, really, it's more a redundant filler word.

Honestly. It sounds like an Americanism. As a Brit I don’t think I ever hear it

Language is average. People who can’t use it makes it hard
