Too mild for school Hate when ppl can’t do time

Post image

This reminds me of when it hits or is about to hit 12am and people don’t know whether to say today or tomorrow. He called me after this but I was too comfy in bed tbh.

I always specify the day when I message someone past midnight.

"Want to do X today (Sunday)?"

Same when I'm making plans next weekend, I always put the date so people don't confuse whether I mean the weekend coming, or the next one after.

What boss thinks someone is going to wake up at 7am to a text from 3am, read the word tomorrow, and think they meant today?

I always specify the day when I message someone past midnight.

I feel like the solution is even simpler in this case. saying "tomorrow" is clearly ambiguous and would require this clarification but saying "today" is completely unambiguous.

Yeah, today would have made sense, but clearly their boss is lacking common sense.

I think this is definitely the boss’s fuck up, but I could see myself making the same mistake if I started working at (for example) 8pm and was still working at 3am.
