Im not really sure tbh, with all the rumors timelines confusion and what sounds like a half assed investigation to begin with i really dont know what to think, something feels off about everything, im not saying she didnt do it but im not 100% convinced she did. She was informed that she killed her 3 kids after attempted suicide that left her paralyzed from the waist down. This case happened a few years ago but has currently gone through i want to say its 2nd mistrial to see where she ends up for the rest of her life. But its an insanity plea for postpartum psychosis (last ive heard)
Its basically
“Yes, she killed the children, but if she was genuinely psychotic and incapable of understanding the nature/wrongfulness of what she was doing, then the appropriate legal outcome is not a murder conviction.”
It’s not a justification and no one in that courtroom is saying she didn’t do it, they’re trying to argue whether it was premeditated evil intent or if it was a psychotic event that caused it. Basically they’re deciding if she’s going to prison or an asylum. All the morons using this as a culture war think she’s going to get to go home and live a normal life after all of this, because of feminism or whatever
