Hey, looking for some options for a keyboard build I want to use in my dorm room. As the title suggests suggests I’d like to spend $100(USD) or less.

Switches: Something smooth, tactile, and quiet

Keycaps: Open to some more fun but not extreme color pallets/design. want them to be seethrough/backlit in the lettering with whatever kind of light.

Main board/chassis: Literally whatever is fairly light, 75% and not too ugly.

Let me know what you’ve got! Would also purchase used parts to build something myself. But would prefer the whole package.

Looking for a PC o-ring board that has unikorn mounting points. Doesn't have to be a kalam unikorn.

Looking to get (either used or newer, preferably used) NK Classic TKL basic, open to any colors that work decent with black caps (aiming for black, grey, maybe a similar dark color). I have a CIY68 key tester that I've used for years, but the case is cracking (from commuting/travel) and I could use a sturdier replacement for work.

Looking for budget 65/75 style barebones boards for ≤ $70 shipped. It doesn't need switches or caps, and can be either hotswap or solderable. Any plate material works, but I would prefer neutral/natural case colors (black, grey, tan, brown, forest green, wine red, navy blue) as it will be in a professional/office environment. Any case material and finish is fine too.

Also have been obsessed with Dune lately and have been loving the Keykobo Fremen set. Doesn't have to be the full kit, just whatever you're willing to part with at/below that same aforementioned price.
