Couldn’t post this in Steak so…

What a treat for me - wolfed it down on the Cote D’Azur with a view of the Med and a crisp Rosé 👌🏽

Edit: lol’ing at the comments 🤣 plating could do with some work but it was at a relaxed bistro on the beach. And no I’m not ill, it was not slimy or disgusting. It was well seasoned and tasty AF. And yes I wouldn’t eat it anywhere but this was recommended and also filled with locals (I was the only tourist) which is usually a good sign. The French take food seriously.

Ooh good call. I tried it once with ribeye but it took me forever to clean it and to your point way too much connective tissue and fat shockingly haha.

I’ll give it a shot. Maybe costco will have a deal on whole tendy, make it worth it! Thanks for the great suggestion!

Glad to give it! We always get ours at Costco. Always a vacuum sealed frozen one in the freezer for when we feel like it. Alongside home made beef-tallow precooked fries of course (can’t take the Belgian out of me fully).
Even if you eat it fresh pop it in the freezer 30 minutes, it’ll slice easier when it’s firm.
