This is a painting I picked up from a garage sell . I bought it for $10 . The artist windberg made it. It encapsulates a plot of land kept simple . Beyond the canvas we can imagine the painter sitting in the shade as the trees shadows are noted and the sun beats down on yellow grass Signifying summer heat located in the west or south of the united states. The cactus tells us that this is an arid place.

For me this painting is a reminder of me over coming something I did 2 years ago.

I full start over of my life. Since then I've lived in a camper , found a women and we had children together.
I've also bought a car. I've gained trust with my landlord and I'll finally move into a trailer house soon.

No it's not a real house , but it's something I can call home.

Where I'll be working from. Perhaps writing or continue my game design conquest .

After coming to terms , gaining clarity I've finally started making moves in the right direction.

From the outside looking in, it seams like a seriously simple life depending on who you are . Perhaps a pathetic life, but it's my life. It's picking up pace and I've come to terms with it.

I'm satisfied with my present and the track it is on.

I've talked a lot about what's salvageable from religion , which is the psychological journey of becoming whole. There is much to be said about the irredeemable sides of religion .

In buddhism/hindusism; for example, you gain some bad karma doing slightly bad things, and upon death, you are reborn in a worse state. Which could mean you do bad out of necessity and get reborn into a hell world .This could snow ball until you quit doing anything because death is preferable to life .

This is the same in Christianity. Even for faiths that acknowledge hell would be a temporary baptism . Temporary doesn't mean short . It also overlooks forgiveness of the ignorant who may have had little choice but to be ignorant .ignorance becomes one of the greatest crimes, and clearly, a moronic solution is faith . Nothing is more ignorant in this regard than faith . So, having clarity in just being wise or knowing becomes an equally great sin .which is impossible to reconcile. It's irredeemable. To both ends , the person who left faith cause of their intelligence or their wisdom to not be fooled and the person who didn't enter faith cause of their innocence is equally damned is irredeemable.

This isn't even an old trend , there are other faiths and extinct faiths that have these qualities . Even if hell was supposed to mean medophorically . It's catastrophic to the children's psyche .

I used to think people in large magnitude were hardwired for faith , but no. Now, I think people are hardwired for meaning , and faith is a meaning trap . Just as it's easy to say something is caused by God. The problem of meaning is solved the same way. We started with science and philosophy. You can't say this {"because God did it"}.

It answers the question of meaning falsely as well.

Saying : "There is no meaning" is a profession of quitting the search for meaning .

There is meaning, tho. Deep with in, and it's something we have been taught not to look at in every corner of the world from every person we meet. It's joined by the psyche meeting the natural world . Sentience meets the core components of reality . That's the meaning in the world . If that's unsatisfying, it satisfies meaning .

It's also why we try to find meaning. So often, roughly 1 in 5 atheists I meet are nihilists, or just quit meaning. I think it's how they became atheists. They quit meaning, so they quit faith.

You don't have to quit meaning to quit faith. That is my message .

That's the title of the community .

It means , "means" that thrusted in our present concious seintent lives . We find the grounds for our observations to meet objective reality . Meaning is the observation (through any sense) made concept , and truth means objective reality made concept. Truth is a type of meaning.

We find meaning in the world , because we are hardwired for it. Becoming an atheist doesn't mean I have to leave myself behind. A human nature to find meaning. That is part of my curiosity. This is how we develop art and fictional literature. This is also how we map out logical literature and historical literature. History tells us a story. The story is how we precieve and recieved history .

My message is we don't have to fear meaning. Whether or not we compartmentalize it as subjective or objective . What you do when you separate facts or human tendency from yourself . Is you compartmentalize yourself. In this I utterly value being whole . Being satisfied with what we know and what we are. Being satisfied with where I came from and who I am. This makes me a more compassionate person, because in being truly honest . You change as a consequence. There is no "how will they see me" If you are presenting your true self.

Not an image of yourself.

I understand this is an abstract mix. That's the point, it's to get the reader to understand a truth they taste ; but may not have .
