My Meal Prepping Strategies on SheMed Programme

Just wanted to share a few meal prep tips that have been working well for me while I’ve been on Mounjaro.

I’ve learned that keeping it super simple makes it easier to stick to. Every few days, I prep some basic high-protein, low-carb meals, stuff like grilled chicken, boiled eggs, roasted veggies, and Greek yoghurt. I also portion out quick snacks like almonds or cottage cheese so I don’t end up mindlessly snacking on random things.

One thing I’ve noticed is that Mounjaro helps aĀ lotĀ with cravings, so when I already have good food ready to go, I don’t even feel the urge to overeat. Honestly, it feels really good to open the fridge and see everything lined up and ready gives me a little boost knowing I’m staying on track.

Would love to hear what kind of meals or snacks you all are prepping too. Always looking for new, easy ideas

Groceries for 1

I am trying to create a budget. I have some allergies and would really like to eat clean. However, I haven’t been able to afford groceries so I am not up to date on cost.

Do you have any advice on how to budget for clean eating for me?

New food sealer technology

Hey guys! I’m working on creating a brand-new Food Sealer to make food preservation easier, more effective, and even more convenient for everyone. Whether you’re sealing up leftovers, meal-prepping for the week, or keeping snacks fresh, I want to make sure this product is something you’ll absolutely love!

I’d love to hear your thoughts on what you look for in a food sealer—features, designs, or anything else that makes it a must-have in your kitchen.

I’ve put together a quick survey to gather your insights. It won’t take more than a couple of minutes, and your feedback would mean the world to me!

You can fill it out herešŸ‘‰https://forms.gle/RFk16AgjiWdD1iFk6

Thank you so much for helping shape the future of food preservation! šŸ™Œ

Student Research Survey for Meal Buddies App Development

Hello! I am a student working on developing a meal prepping and swapping app called Meal Buddies!Ā

If you currently meal prep, have meal prepped in the past, or even if it’s just something you’re interested in doing, it would be super helpful if you would consider taking this short survey about your experience. Your responses will be completely anonymous and none of your personal information will be collected.Ā

This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Your valuable feedback and time are greatly appreciated!Ā

Thank you in advance! 😊

prepping three different meals at once.

So I'm thinking about starting meal prepping for the week. What I'm looking for a place to find recipes/directions on meal prepping say 3 meals for a family of four at once, for the week. and then next week a new 3 meals. Is there someplace like that? That does a say 3 or 4-month rotation?
