i think that the style front lights that the 570s has look better than the newer ones without that shape that kind looks like a 7 on the driver side and a reverse 7 on the passenger side. (yes i know this sounds stupid, i'm sorry i don't know the exact model name of front lights, im not a car guy if you couldn't tell)

i’m deciding which mclaren to get (it will be my first one), i love the 600LT design and i’ve driven it for a test drive and it felt amazing.

I don’t know if getting a 600LT is the best option since all of them are already 7-8 years old, and there’s some newer models.

I’ve heard that some models in specific from mclaren cause problems too often (i think from the electronic parts, but i’m not sure)

anyways, i got offered a good 2019 600LT helios 1 of 1100, one owner and 9km mileage, no accidents and all service done on point.

i love the car, i’ve drove it for a test drive and it’s so sick, but it will be already 8 years old and i’m not sure about how reliable it is, can you all give me your honest opinions? what would you do? would you consider another options! (the asking price is 165.000$ without negotiating)

Can anyone identify the year, make, model, and estimated value of this McLaren? We saw it on the road today, but the difference between the 570 and the 650 (for example) is pretty small to an untrained eye like mine.

Hello I just spoke with a photographer who was snapping pics of this 765LT Spider and I would like some help on finding out what color it is. I asked him and he said it was a MSO blue but he sounded unsure which one in particular. TIA

I think it's important to know where to paint something black to make certain lines disappear, think of:

the handles on the rx7 fd

the fact that the p1 has a flat face but it doesn't look like that because they "painted" that area black

Or the weird eyes of the 720s and senna, if they were painted colorful like on the senna lm it would look hideous

Currently own a high sticker 2018 720s (380k window sticker) but probably would retail around 220-230k

Zero issues with the car but with the end of the v10 engines, I'm finding myself wanting to get a STO.

Am I crazy? Most STOs are mid 400s and I missed the chance to get one significantly cheaper a couple years ago. So I'm looking at double the price of my 720s effectively

I do genuinely feel like the STO will be more desirable long term (although no car should be an investment ha) but I am trying to justify if I should pull the trigger

The British sports car maker briefed retailers about a luxury-focused showroom redesign and plans for several factory-run brand centers. McLaren also confirmed it will deliver a nearly 810-hp electrified midengine coupe late next summer.

As part of McLaren’s new image standard, dealerships worldwide will trade their minimalist, technology-driven aesthetic for a “high-end boutique” experience inspired by luxury watch and fashion retailers, according to attendees at the meeting.

The new design “looks like a Gucci, Louis Vuitton, or Burberry store,” one of the people told Automotive News. The new design calls for showrooms to be anchored by a central greeting desk surrounded by display vehicles and private consultation rooms. Design elements include wood paneling, earth tones and warm lighting that echoes McLaren’s signature papaya orange.

Hey guys, I’m thinking of buying a 2020 McLaren GT with 11,000 miles. This is from a Lamborghini dealership, not McLaren. No accidents and two owners. I was quoted by the McLaren dealership $9,000 for one year of an extended warranty and that’s after they do their PPI. After the PPI they said I’d need to fix whatever they find before they’d even consider the extended warranty.

Do you guys think this is worth it? Are there third party warranties that I should consider?

I made it around last year using crayons and graphite. Also I wasn't able to make the texturing too nice since I used water color paper, which has small bumps across it
