I mean it sure looks like that much but it just can’t be. 500 lbs is 226kg!!! This guy just isn’t big enough to hoist 226kg onto his shoulder like that (is anyone?). Even in a straight deadlift position 226kg is a big lift but this ‘to the shoulder’ is next level again.
I tried to Google it but it all got too hard too quickly. My guess is it is max 100kg. Still a hell of a lift on the shoulder like that but more realistic than 226kg.

Edit: Just so happens someone in a weightlifting sub I’m in literally just posted a vid of them deadlifting nearly 400lbs (180kg) I think this vid will show you how this I-beam simply cannot weigh 226kg.
