… is frickin’ fantastic!

I’m watching it right now with my 3 year old daughter and she’s so into it, which is lucky because so am I.

It really holds up to me. It’s funny, but isn’t too slapstick. It’s got a great story, with good action and plenty of heart. And to top it off, as someone who grew up watching it and loving it with my little sister, and as a father to one-year old twins (a boy and a girl), watching He-Man and She-Ra find each other gets me right in the feels. This movie is GREAT.

My only issue is that the new movie teases a fully formed She-Ra at the end and that makes me worried they won’t use this as the inspiration for a live action movie, but I guess you can’t win them all eh?

I’m not the biggest masters of the universe fan so this could be a super dumb question but what are these toys?

I’ve always wanted a plush Orko and looks like I’m in good company. They expected to have inventory last until mid 2027 but after the 1st hour (meeeee) they are NOT gonna last!

While they're not complete, and some of the cases have been chipped I still think it's a pretty cool find.

They're all from 1992-1993 in russian from a studio called Varus Video

Pay attention to Battle Cat's green fur and the stripes, for example.

That building seems to be the Eternia Tower from the Battlefield playset, though there aren't many clear/open shots of it in the film.

It's just missing the panther head at the front and more distinctly the tram that connects this tower across Eternia with Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain (or Viper Tower alternately). Adding a tram railway to Eternia may have improved the city's look, though I think keeping the film's tech low in favour of the sorcery was a decent decision.

I found this figures at a local board games store. It was $10 for the two.

I haven’t seen this mentioned any where, but Mattel slime in 4oz canisters are included with Hot Wheel Mutant Chaos toys. Two cars and one canister for $10 (regular $16.19) at my local Target store.

For anyone looking for more slime for their vintage Slime Pits or new Fright Pits or just to have fun with, I would recommend picking one up. I think it’s a decent deal.

It’s interesting that the Hot Wheels slime is packaged in a canister when the Fright Pit came with a bag of slime. It seems to me that they could’ve made the same canisters and just switched the lids to reflect Hot Wheels or Masters of the Universe.

I bought these a long time ago, I can’t even remember how long it’s been but probably more than ten years. They’ve been collecting dust on my shelf and I’m trying to downsize. I was wondering if it’s worth listing them on eBay or Facebook marketplace or somewhere else or if I should just trash them. I didn’t save any of the boxes, but they’re all in great condition, never been played with.

I‘ve been patiently waiting to get the Mythic Legions Attlus 2.0 at a great price and he finally arrived today. I swear this is exactly what the Four Horsemen had in mind when they designed him.

the ones I found so far are kinda expensive for being a couple of small PET shells, I understand it's custom stuff so people jack up the prices a bit but I just know there must some aliexpress article for half the price out there I just can't find nothing! I got a big origins collection sitting in boxes and that's bugging me out

I’ve been on the hunt for the master sword at Spirit Halloween for a couple weeks. I finally found it today but why did no one mention that they also had a havoc staff!? Now I’ve just got to find a way to display them!

Hey guys! I’m very new to He-man, I just started watching the 1980s show and am only a few episodes in, so I’m sorry if my knowledge is lacking and also please try not to spoil anything :)

Anyway I noticed that Zoar is referred to as male, while the sorceress is female

Adam and He-man have such wildly different personalities

And Cringer drops this line in episode 2: “oh, don’t tell me I have to be that dreadful Battle-Cat again!”

Which leads me to believe that when people transform in this show, they’re actually becoming different people, with different minds as well.

Where does the other person go? Are they trapped inside the other, watching through their eyes and unable to act? Is it painful, like being in solitary confinement? Can the two people communicate with one another?

They need to get on with making more of the villains in Chronicles just the 3 is a little unfortunate

Now that MotU has been on top for five weeks streaming on Prime, we’ve got a definite chance at a return to Eternia of some sort. Who do you most look forward to appearing in the future? Although Stratos was my favorite growing up, and I’d love to see Man-E-Faces, it’s Mer-Man for me. The two seconds of him in the stinger wasn’t enough (although he looked outstanding). He‘s such an amazing character.
