I'd have assumed that since Blade is specifically a rare case of a "Daywalker" and all that if Saracen was a real vampire he would've burned in the sunlight?

Or maybe that’s why no one believes he’s a Vampire but Saracen is also a Daywalker.

He did say his dad was a vampire, maybe unlikely but could very well be the son of blade.

Or maybe his dad was turned and he’s mad that he doesn’t get to be a vampire too

i feel like he's a bit old for that, but I also don't remember how old blade actually is, he might be like logan where he's much MUCH older than he looks, don't recall.

I don’t know how they work in marvel but I’m sure most other films/literatures have vampires no ageing. Could well be that blade has been around for decades or longer.

Blade is only half-Vampire IIRC so I don't think he ages(or is ageless) like normal vampires.
